A strong magnetic backing allows the bag to effortlessly attach to magnetized surfaces, ensuring it stays firmly in place. This keeps your belongings safe and secure, so you can concentrate on your activities without worry.

We've taken precautions to prevent damage. Our bag's magnets are shielded to protect your items. Many modern smartphones and credit cards are now resilient to magnets. While older magnetic-strip cards may have been affected, most now use chip or tap-to-pay technology, which is magnet-resistant. Your device and card safety is our priority.

We try our best to get your magnetic bag to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary by location.

At Xathian, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, you may return your item within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items with any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at toby@xathian.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide a tracking number for your package.
• You will automatically be charged a 10% restocking fee.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Notes

• Xathian is not responsible for damage to devices, including but not limited to phones, credit cards, or other electronic items.
• We do not offer refunds or replacements for the natural degradation of magnetic strength over time. However, we’re happy to assist with troubleshooting or replacements at our discretion.
• Refunds cannot be issued for sale items, last-chance items, or gift cards.
• Xathian is not responsible for lost orders if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. Lost orders may be reshipped at our discretion.

Neodymium magnets are not to be handled inappropriately to reduce the risk of danger. Do not leave in a hot car for a long time to jeopardise the strength of the magnets. 

Safe Handling of Neodymium Magnets

• Neodymium magnets must be handled with care and caution to prevent personal injuries not limited to; broken skin, bruises and bone fractures.

Medical Devices and Implants

• Keep away from pacemakers, ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) or any other implanted/internal medical device.

Risk of Personal Injuries

• Neodymium magnets are extremely strong and will attract from several inches apart causing a violent collision causing injury.

Eye Protection Recommended

• Neodymium magnets are brittle. Violent magnetic collisions can cause the magnets to break and send sharp magnetic pieces through the air. Eye protection is recommended.

Avoid Altering Magnets

• Do not cut, drill or alter the magnets in anyway. Neodymium magnet dust is extremely flammable.

Prevent Ingestion or Insertion

• Do not put a magnet(s) in your mouth or any other part of your body. Neodymium magnets can stick to intestines or organs and cause serious injury or death. Seek immediate medical attention if the magnets are inhaled, swallowed or inserted in any part of your body.

Temperature Sensitivity

• Neodymium magnets have shown the ability to retain their effectiveness up to 175 degrees Fahrenheit, yet this temperature will vary depending on the size, shape, grade and application of the magnet. Do not leave in a hot car for a long time to jeopardize the strength of the magnets. Xathian is not responsible for the degradation of the magnets overtime and will not replace, exchange, or refund any product due to magnetic strength concerns.

Washing and Cleaning

• Do not put the bag or neodymium magnets in a washing machine or the dryer. 

Intended Use of Magnets

• The neodymium magnets are intended to be used ONLY in the designated pockets. All other uses are strictly prohibited. Do not try to remove or alter the bag in anyway to try to remove the magnets from the bag. 

Supervision for Minors

• If under the age of 16, do not remove the magnets from their designated pockets without parental supervision.

Avoid Placing Magnets on Electronic Devices

• Do not place magnets on credit cards or any electronic devices including, but not limited to, televisions or laptops. Xathian is not responsible for damage to any device including, but not limited to, cellular device, credit cards, televisions, and laptops. 

Keep Out of Reach of Children

• Neodymium magnets can be a choking hazard for young children. Always keep them out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.

By purchasing products from Xathian, you acknowledge the return/warranty policies and have read the warnings that are associated with this purchase. All materials, colours, and accessories are subject to change.

If you need to clean your Xathian products, please spot clean or wipe with a soft moist cloth or sponge only. Use only mild detergent and water when necessary. Then, hang to dry away from direct sunlight.

DO NOT machine wash or dry clean, machine/tumble dry, use bleach, solvents, or any other harsh chemicals, nor iron to avoid permanent damage to your product.

Stainless steel bottle's are dishwasher safe however, we always recommend hand washing for product longevity. Please note, bottle lids are hand-wash only.
